Mount Dora Post-Thanksgiving Day Ride - 11/25 - 8am Rolling (rescheduled due to weather)

Looking to do a new route in a new location that’s within driving distance with some of your favorite cyclists?

Seminole Cyclists are heading to Lake County for a post-Thanksgiving Day ride - Friday November 25th with an 8am rolling start time. We will be riding with Tracy Draper and Cycling Mt Dora club members - Starting from Adrenaline Bike Works (ABW).

We will be riding the 'Three Bobs Ride from ABW'. This is an all-time favorite route with charming and enchanting scenery - horses, farms and lake views. It is a 40 mile loop with ~1200ft of climbing. We will have 3 group levels:

• 21+ Drop,
• 18-20 BNice
• 16-17 No Drop

with regrouping after hills. Expect to be riding for 2.5hrs. SAG information is not yet available.

Depending on the attendance we may have to address going in smaller groups - last year we had a substantial number of cyclists attend and a few of the roads were a bit too exciting with the larger group size.

After the ride, plan on hanging out at ABW for pizza and beer! Last year, it was the first time visiting ABW and we were in awe of the shop!  It has beer on tap, lounge area with TV where you can chat and eat and a great little indoor track for testing out your ride!
