Route details:  Every Sunday, this ride starts and finishes at Foxtail Coffee (4720 International Pkwy, Sanford, FL  32771).  Roll out time is at 8 AM.

The first part of the ride travels north on International Pkwy, through Wayside, N. Oregon and then left on to Orange Blvd.  From there, right on Sylvan Lake, left on Lake Markham, and right on Markham Rd.  Follow the road as it makes a right on to Longwood Markham Rd, and then left on Steeplechase Cir (FoxSpur neighborhood).  From there, the group travels back down Longwood Markham Rd, Markham Rd, and then makes a right on to Markham Woods.  Travel south for a few miles and then left on Long Pond Rd, where our first sprints begins inside the hilly Mandarin subdivision.  At the exit of Mandarin Hills, the group stops briefly to regroup and continue on with the ride, left on E.E. Williamson Rd.

Then left on Lake Emma Rd, where the group does their second sprint until they reach Greenwood Blvd, where they make a right and slow down the pace to 15-17 mph to regroup.  Once crossing Lake Mary Blvd, where the road turns into Rinehart Rd, the group continues their 20-21 mph effort until they reach H.E. Thomas Jr Pkwy (SR46A) where they make a left to bring it back on to International Pkwy and then right to get back to Foxtail Coffee for a post-ride social time.
